Con un’emozione che è difficile da esprimere, dopo tanti tanti anni di ricerca, oggi annunciamo che abbiamo trovato una casa.
Abbiamo stretto un accordo con l’Impruneta Tavarnuzze.
Non è un affitto, non è una semplice collaborazione.
E’ il tentativo di formare una nuova famiglia.
La prossima stagione la Prima Squadra dell’impianto “Ascanio Nesi” di Tavarnuzze sarà il Centro Storico Lebowski in Prima Categoria, mentre l’Impruneta-Tavarnuzze iscriverà una squadra in Terza Categoria per dare continuità agli attuali atleti.
La squadra Juniores sarà allestita solamente dal Centro Storico Lebowski, con l’obiettivo di recuperare la categoria regionale perduta nella stagione 2015/16.
L’Impruneta Tavarnuzze continuerà a occuparsi, con rinnovate prospettive, del Settore Giovanile e della Scuola Calcio al “Nesi”, offrendo ai propri tesserati la continuità nei Dilettanti tra le file del Lebowski.
La Scuola Calcio Ardiglione-Orlando che abbiamo aperto al Giardino dei Nidiaci, nel rione di San Frediano, continuerà la regolare attività e si allargherà per alcune annate nella rinnovata struttura di Cascine del Riccio, grazie alla generosa collaborazione della San Paolino Caritas e del Comune di Firenze.
Pur restando le Scuole Calcio due realtà autonome, una collocata nel Comune di Impruneta e una nel Comune di Firenze, sono già allo studio varie forme di collaborazione per dare a entrambi i progetti la possibilità di migliorarsi sulla base delle reciproche esperienze. Da questo punto di vista, la prestigiosa affiliazione dell’Impruneta Tavarnuzze all’Atalanta rappresenta una straordinario punto di forza per la formazione degli istruttori e la qualità dei processi educativi anche del Centro Storico Lebowski.
Alla luce di questo accordo, le nostre ambizioni si rinnovano a dismisura. Le due associazioni comporranno un unico gruppo di lavoro, che avrà l’obiettivo nel tempo di arrivare a costituire un’unica grande famiglia. I vantaggi principali di questo accordo ci sembrano:
– Il prezioso incontro tra due associazioni che possiedono il proprio punto di forza nell’azione costante dei volontari verso il proprio territorio arricchirà il territorio stesso di nuove occasioni di solidarietà e socialità;
– Il “Nesi” sarà sempre di più un punto di riferimento e aggregazione per la comunità circostante, innervato dall’arrivo di centinaia di nuovi volontari e dall’entusiasmo che contraddistingue il nostro ambiente;
– La sostenibilità economica dei progetti sportivi sarà rafforzata dalle accresciute possibilità di autofinanziamento apportate dalla sinergia;
– Le scuole calcio lavoreranno su programmi e metodi comuni e gli istruttori si coordineranno in riunioni bisettimanali, unendo i punti di forza di entrambe le esperienze;
– Il Settore Giovanile dell’Impruneta Tavarnuzze avrà l’obiettivo di fornire giocatori preparati alla Prima squadra del Centro Storico Lebowski, esaltando così la propria vocazione formativa;
– Gli spalti del “Nesi” saranno sempre più gremiti, rumorosi e colorati, potendo contare su un seguito di appassionati in costante aumento: uno scenario che darà forza a tutto il calcio dilettantistico toscano;
– Un contesto di questo genere ci sembra gettare le giuste basi per accrescere anche i risultati sportivi.
Il Settore Giovanile dell’Impruneta Tavarnuzze avrà l’obiettivo di affermarsi come uno dei più importanti dell’intera Toscana, mentre la Prima squadra del Centro Storico Lebowski avrà il compito di trovare la formula giusta per conquistare categorie ben più prestigiose.
Grazie di cuore a tutti coloro che hanno reso possibile questo evento, che per noi è davvero storico e ci ripaga di tanti sforzi. Siamo davvero emozionati e onorati di questa possibilità.
It is with a joy we find it hard to express that we are able to announce that, finally, after years of searching, we have found a home.
We have signed an agreement with Impruneta Tavarnuzze.
This is no simple rent, nor a mere collaboration.
It is the attempt to form a new family.Next season, the main squad of the “Ascanio Nesi” grounds of Tavarnuzze will be Centro Storico Lebowski, playing in Prima Categoria. Impruneta-Tavarnuzze will, at the same time, enter a team in the Terza Categoria, to offer continuity to its current players.
The Juniores under-21 team will be set up entirely by Centro Storico Lebowski, with the aim of once again reaching the regional league we lost at the end of the 2015/16 season.
Impruneta-Tavarnuzze will continue to manage the Youth Sector and the Football School of the “Nesi”, enriched by novel perspectives as it will be able to offer its players the chance to continue to the Dilettanti by playing for Lebowski.
The Ardiglione-Orlando Football School we opened in the Nidiaci park, in the San Frediano district, will continue its activities, and will in fact extend them for a few years to the renovated grounds of Cascine del Riccio, thanks to the generous collaboration of the San Paolino Caritas and Florence Municipality.
Whilst the two Football Schools will remain autonomous entities, one located in the Municipality of Impruneta and the other in that of Florence, we are already studying various forms of collaboration that might afford both projects the chance to better themselves through sharing each other’s experiences. In this respect, the prestigious affiliation of Impruneta-Tavarnuzze with Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio represents an extraordinary strength point for the formation of the instructors of Centro Storico Lebowski and for the improvement of its educational processes.
In light of this agreement, our ambitions are widened enormously. The two clubs will form a single working group, with the aim of building up, over time, a single large family. According to us, the main advantages of this agreement are:
– The precious encounter between two associations which have as their main strength point the constant activity of their volunteers within the lived contexts they inhabit, enriching these contexts with new occasions for solidarity and sociality;
– The ‘Nesi’ grounds will become more and more a reference point for the local community, bolstered by the arrival of hundreds of new volunteers and by the enthusiasm which distinguishes us;
– The economic sustainability of the sporting activities will be strengthened by the widened means of self-sustainment brought about by this synergy;
– The football schools will work with common programs and methods, and the instructors will coordinate with each other through biweekly meetings, joining the strength points of both experiences;
– The Youth Sector of Impruneta-Tavarnuzze will aim towards supplying well-prepared players to the First Team of Centro Storico Lebowski, giving new energy and meaning to its formative vocation;
– The stands of the “Nesi” will be fuller, more colourful, and noisier than ever, being able to count on a constantly expanding following: a scenario which will breathe new lifeforce into the entirety of the Tuscan non-professional football;
– A context such as this lays the ground, in our view, to bolster our results on the pitch.
The Youth Sector of Impruneta-Tavarnuzze will aim to affirm itself as one of the most important ones in the whole of Tuscany, whilst the First Team of Centro Storico Lebowski will have the task of finding the right formula to attain much higher leagues.Thank you to all those who have made this event possible.
