On Monday, March 11, in the presence of a Notary, we are asked to vote on amendments to our Statute that have been prescribed to us following the annual review by the Ministry of Economic Development. These are modifications will have no effect on our real nature, but will enable us to better function in the future and, in the immediate future, to avoid incurring significant sanctions that may jeopardise the existence of our dear Cooperative. To modify our the Statute, at least one-third of the shareholders must be present (physically or online), according to Article 22 of the Statute. In this case, we're talking about 650 persons scattered around the world! Each CSL member can be delegated by 5 other CSL members, therefore many volunteers have been working for days to follow the laborious secretarial processes. If you are a member, you should have received at your e-mail address all the information and logistical instructions to participate or delegate some other member. In any case, even if you are not a CSL member and want to contribute to this small but great collective enterprise, you can donate a sum (even minimal but very valuable for us) to cover the expenses necessary for the organisation of the Shareholders’ Meeting
