Una grande prova di maturità dei grigioneri, che per diverse settimane saranno privi di Diego Cubillos, a cui va l’abbraccio di tutti e tutte noi. Una partita di quelle che ti vedono favorito, e proprio per questo nascondono tante insidie. Ma i grigioneri partono col piglio giusto e prendono in mano la partita imponendo il loro ritmo. A rendere tutto più facile ci pensa all’11’ Ortega con una punizione deliziosa di sinistro che si infila poco sotto l’incrocio dei pali. Gli avversari provano a reagire e di tanto in tanto si affacciano anche in modo minaccioso, ma a parte un gol annullato per fuorigioco non riescono a creare occasioni nette. E nel momento migliore in cui poteva accadere, allo scadere del primo tempo, arriva il raddoppio, con Calbi che conclude all’angolino basso una bella azione corale. Dopo pochi minuti del secondo tempo è una velenosa punizione di Bagnoli, su cui ha qualche responsabilità anche il loro portiere, a chiudere i conti. Diventa protagonista una Curva Pozzi in grande spolvero, prima del gol della bandiera degli ospiti realizzato allo scadere di testa. Siamo di nuovo a un solo punto dalla prima in classifica, avanti Lebowski!

A win that’s a great testament to the collective maturity of the grigioneri, who will be deprived of Diego Cubillos – to whom we send all of our solidarity – for several weeks. We were the favourites going into this game, which of course ran the risk of hiding its potential dangers. But the grigioneri start off with the right spirit and take control of the game, imposing their own rhythms of play. Everything’s made easier by Ortega’s wonderful free kick goal after 11 minutes. The opposition tries to mount a counterattack, and sometimes come near to threatening our goal, but with the exception of a goal revoked due to off-side, they are unable to create clear chances. And at the best possible time, at the end of the first half, Lebowski double their lead with as Calbi finalises a great collective attack with a shot into the lower corner of the net. Just a few minutes into the second half, Bagnoli’s treacherous free kick, which is not managed properly by the opposition’s goalkeeper, pretty much closes the game: 3-0. A festive Curva Pozzi becomes the real protagonist of the rest of the game, despite the consolation goal headed in by the visitors just before the end of the match. The final result is 3-1, and we’re once more only one point behind the league leader. Come on Lebowski!
