Un pezzo di Albione sbarca al C.S. LEBOWSKI
Il C.S. Lebowski è lieto di annunciare di aver tesserato Gavin Patrick Leyden Ferguson, centrocampista classe 1989 nato e cresciuto a Londra. L’uomo di Albione, da studente, ha giocato a livelli anche piuttosto alti, in particolare nel Glasgow University Football Team oltre che nella Scottish Universities National Team. Nel 2012 ha fatto rientro a Londra, dove ha militato in squadre dilettanti della West London prima di iniziare a girovagare. Adesso vive a Firenze, dove insegna inglese e gioca con noialtri, dopo alcuni mesi di allenamento e tanta burocrazia. C’è da dire anche che durante una “tranquilla serata londinese”, Gavin e un nutrito gruppo di suoi amici d’Oltremanica hanno deciso che avrebbero estratto da un lotto di circa 500 squadre quella che avrebbero tifato per il resto della loro vita… e adesso Gavin è tifoso (anche) del Grosseto! CS Lebowski is thrilled to announce that Gavin Patrick Leyden Ferguson has officially joined the team! Gavin, born in 1989 in London, is an outstanding midfielder. As a student he joined the Glasgow University football team, as well as being part of the Scottish Universities National Team. In 2012, following his degree, he moved back home, where he played for amateur teams in West London. He now lives in Florence, where he teaches English and plays for CS Lebowski, following a few months of training and A LOT of bureaucracy. As a result of a ‘quiet’ lads’ night out in London, him and a group of his friends selected a team at random that they would support for their rest of their lives….so now he’s a supporter of Grosseto (as well as being a CS Lebowski supporter of course!)
