“Vittoria agile. Il Reggello è ultimo in classifica.” Così mi è stato detto prima della partita da un altro tifoso grigionero. Colto da una certa agitazione mista a scetticismo, dopo la lunga serie di partite senza vittorie da cui il Lebowski veniva, mi dirigo sugli spalti. I primi minuti di partita già confermano i pronostici e si nota sin da subito che il Reggello è poca cosa. Al 12’ minuto, la curva può già esultare per il primo gol della scorpacciata odierna: un cross basso dal fondo trova la deviazione vincente di Ferravante. Passano poco più di dieci minuti ed ecco che arriva anche il raddoppio di Improta, bravo a ribadire in rete un tiro deviato dalla schiena di un difensore avversario. Il secondo gol chiude i giochi e il resto dei minuti di gara diventano un’occasione per deliziare i tifosi presenti con brillanti giocate, come quella di Bonciani al 31’, che inventa un tiro da fuori area di rara bellezza. Prima della fine del primo tempo, poi, Milanesi cala anche il poker approfittando della bella imbeccata di Ferravante.

La partita ricomincia e, mentre molti tifosi si attardano al bar, il Lebowski continua a infierire sull’esanime Reggello. Stavolta ci pensa Spiga al 47’ minuto e poi, al 61’, è il turno anche di Coppini (oggi alla prima da titolare dopo il lungo infortunio), fortunato a farsi colpire da un cross e a far terminare la sua deviazione in fondo alla rete. Pochi minuti dopo è tempo di stropicciarsi nuovamente gli occhi per il tiro da cineteca di Formigli, da quasi metà campo.

Con la partita definitivamente in tasca, Mister Serrau decide di far scendere in campo, tra i boati affezionati dei tifosi, due bandiere del Centro Storico Lebowski: lo “Zar” Claudio Melis e “il Boia” Gristina. I due veterani dimostrano fin da subito una voglia da far invidia a un ragazzino e la squadra li cerca continuamente. Ed è proprio Gristina a siglare l’ottavo, e ultimo, gol con un colpo di testa imperioso. Il trionfo diventa, così, un’apoteosi. Il Reggello può solo consolarsi con il gol su rigore di Pietrolungo al 40’.

Tutto troppo facile oggi. Che altro dire dopo un roboante 8-1? Una vittoria (la più larga della storia del CSL) che è parsa scontata sin dall’inizio, anche se in pochi  si sarebbero aspettati una tale prova di forza. Il Reggello non è stato certo un test probante ma, dopo una vittoria di queste proporzioni, non si può che guardare con ottimismo ciò che verrà.

“Easy victory. Reggello is the last of the table.” Said to me an other grayblack supporter. I seized by a bit of agitation mixed with scepticism, after the long series of games without victories whence Lebowski came, while I headed to the bleachers. The early minutes of the game already support the prevision and we can immediately notice that Reggello is a small thing. At 12’, the curva can already exult for the first goal of today’s feast: a low cross from the back finds Ferravante’s winning deflection. A little more than 10 minutes pass and here comes the doubling of Improta, great in striking to the net a kick deflected by an opponent’s back. The second goal closes the game and the following minutes became a chance to delight the supporters with brilliant pieces of skill, as the one of Bonciani at 31’, who creates a shot of rare beauty from out of the box. Before the end of the first half Milanesi plays the poker exploiting Ferravante’s cue.

The game restarts and, while a lot of supporters loiter at the bar, Lebowski keep putting the boot in a lifeless Reggello. This time Spiga takes care of it at 47’ and then, at 61’, is Coppini’s turn (today was his first game as first-string after a long injury), lucky getting hit by a cross and ending his deflection at the bottom of the net. Few minutes after is time again to rub ours eyes because of Formigli’s collectible shot, from almost half of the field.

With the game definitely in the bag, Mister Serrau decides to let take the field, with the attached roars of the supporters, two flags of Centro Storico Lebowski, the “Zar” Claudio Melis and the “Hangman” Gristina. The two veterans demonstrate right away to have a desire to rival with a kid and the team look for them all the time. And is the same Gristina to sign the 8^th, and last, goal with a majestic header. That way the triumph becomes apotheosis. Reggello can console itself with Pietrolungo’s penalty goal at 40’.

Everything too easy today. What else can you say after a rumbling 8-1? A victory (the largest in CSL’s history) that seemed obvious since the beginning, also if only a few would expect such test of strength. Reggello wasn’t of course a valid test but, after a victory of this kind, we can only take an optimistic view of what will happen.
